StoryTailoress offers convenient delivery options for completed garments.

Main delivery methods:

• Omniva parcel terminals – delivery to parcel lockers across Estonia.

• DPD Pickup / Courier – delivery to pickup points or directly by courier.

• Smartpost Itella – fast delivery through automated parcel machines.

• Personal pickup – collection directly from the atelier by prior arrangement.

  Average delivery times:

- within Estonia: 1–3 business days;

- to Baltic countries: 2–5 business days;

- international delivery across Europe: 5–10 business days depending on destination.

 Important information:

• Shipping is arranged only after the tailoring or repair process has been fully completed.

• Production times for custom orders are agreed upon individually before work begins.

• After shipment, the customer receives a tracking number.

• Delivery cost depends on the selected carrier and destination country.
